What you agree to
The unchecked consent box and a separate email confirmation are both required. The emails cover Veyron Jaxx’s music, releases and occasional related updates. Opening a confirmation link alone does not subscribe you.
What is stored
Your email address, consent text version, signup and confirmation timestamps are stored in the private Veyron Jaxx Supabase database in Sydney. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse. Keyed address and network hashes support rate limits; raw IP addresses are not stored in the newsletter database.
Service providers
Supabase operates the database, Resend delivers confirmation emails, and Cloudflare provides spam protection. These providers process the information needed to run those services, including outside Australia where their infrastructure operates. Addresses are not sold or automatically imported into a marketing platform.
Leaving and retention
Every update must include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and removes your deliverable address from this newsletter database. A minimal hashed suppression record is retained to prevent unwanted contact. Unconfirmed signups are removed after seven days; confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Rate-limit records are retained for up to two days, webhook references for 30 days and delivery references for up to one year to handle delayed complaints.
Contact and requests
For questions, access or deletion requests, email veyron.jaxx@valavai.au. Signup is optional and does not affect access to the music or website.
